Frequently Asked Questions

What types of files can we print from?

We prefer PDF, this is the industry standard for print files, it ensures nothing changes in your file and it prints the way you want it to.  If you can't save as a PDF, install a FREE PDF writer like primopdf.com or www.cutepdf.com.  If you don't want to do that, send it to the experts at Copyart and they'll sort it out, but unfortunately you won't get the Quick Cheap Print rates due to the extra work involved.

- For everything except Document and Plan Printing we also accept JPG and TIFF file formats.

How long does it take?

Let us know when you need them, and we'll get them done.  If you don't specify a timeframe, we should complete the order within a day or two.

What is "Full Bleed"?

This term means that the colour print covers the entire page right to the edge of the paper.  If you would like to create a file with full bleed, please click on "Templates"

Do we deliver?

We can drop off in the Richmond CBD and outer Richmond area, our delivery days are Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  If you need them by a particular time, let us know, or you can collect from our high profile main street location and meet our friendly staff.  We can also courier to other locations throughout New Zealand.  Across town is $5, outside Nelson is $15, North Island is $25 (we are currently negotiating a low cost freight solution, call us)
